The pleasures of perfectly cooked risotto can't be overstated: rich, comforting and creamy, this much-loved dish pairs incredibly well with an array of meats, herbs and vegetables. In this hands-on class, Chef Daniel gives you the secrets to excellently crafted autumnal risotto.

Menu: Risotto with Dried Porcini, Peas and Spinach; Roasted Chicken Breast with Lemon and Fresh Thyme; Pistachio and Almond Cake with Lemon Drizzle. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
