Late summer fruits and veggies have a place in just about every baked good. In this hands-on class, Chef Ellie will be your guide in creating savory tarts, cakes and desserts using a variety of late harvest ingredients. You'll leave class with a pocket full of recipes to keep you baking through the harvest!

Menu: Tomato Tart; Brazilian Sweet Corn Cake with Blueberry Compote; Chocolate-Beet Pudding Cakes with Candied Beets.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
