COCH20250609SP18We're diving into seafood in this hands-on class where you'll learn essential seafood cooking methods. Searing, steaming and poaching are all on the docket. These foundational techniques will leave you prepared to create your favorite seafood dishes at home. And the menu is clearly something to die-ve for!
Menu: Rainbow Trout Meuniere; Moules au Vin Blanc; Shrimp Cocktail.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
