COCH20241130SP18Stroll through any city on a lovely evening in Spain and you'll happily find delicious tapas lining bar tops. Mini bite sized delights that displayed, layed out and ready for you to savor. In this hand-on class you'll be guided through the preparation of classic Spanish tapas eating (and sipping) along the way all while honing your knife skills, exploring simple bread making and interesting ingredient combinations. Discover snacks for dinner like no other!
Menu: Mixed Vegetable Tortilla with Smoked Aioli; Puff Pastry Pintxos with Anchovies and Herbs; Shrimp and Chorizo Flatbreads.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
