COCH20241202NL18Master the art of sauce making in this hands-on class. You will start by learning about the roots of any good sauce. And you'll end with knowledge of how to create sauces of your own. Stir your way to becoming Le Maître Saucier!
Menu: Cheesy Mac and Cheese; Sautéed Chicken with White Wine Beurre Blanc; Crème Anglaise and Berries with Pound Cake Croutons.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
