Culinary curious teens will gain kitchen skills to conquer any recipe with confidence in this How to Cook Series. Each day, they'll delve into a new topic knife skills for fresh salsas to fries, dough for handmade pasta, and baking techniques for pie and tart making. They'll tie it all together with a grand dinner party menu featuring the fruits of their labor along with a sweet dessert, cooking and eating their way through a hands-on journey leaving them ready to tackle any culinary challenge.

This class is a four-day series on July 7, 8, 9 and 10. Seats are for teens only, ages 13-16.

Menu: Knife Skills: Pico de Gallo and Chips; French Fries and Béarnaise; Crudité and Hummus. Doughs: Fettuccine and Agnolotti with Marinara and Alfredo Sauce. Baking: Apple Pie; Chicken Pot Pie; Caramelized Onion and Gruyère Mini Tarts. Dinner Party: Sautéed Chicken with Herbed Beurre Blanc; Roasted Vegetables; Chocolate Pudding and Whipped Cream.
