Join us for a vegetarian Valentines dinner where the focus is on top-notch flavors creating a meal to be celebrated! You'll learn new techniques centered on classic kitchen prep and French pastry making, skills and knowledge to take home and make delicious happen every night!

Menu: Roasted Broccoli Steaks with Salsa Verde and Shaved Parmesan; Toasted Farro Salad with Shaved Rainbow Carrots, Fennel, and Orange; Salted Caramel Eclairs.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
