COCH20250227EDN18The wok is a mighty versatile pan. Who knew? In this hands-on class, Chef Brian will guide you in working the wok to explore all of its cooking possibilities. Get ready to wok it in this lively class.
Menu: Napa Cabbage Salad with Peanut Vinaigrette; Lo Mein with Shiitake Mushrooms; Stir-Fried Green Beans and Pork.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
