Bring your culinary curiosities to this lively hands-on springtime cooking class. Vietnamese cuisine is all about fresh ingredients, quick cooking, and communal eating. You'll learn to balance bold flavors with fresh herbs and marinades as you create unique dishes and top off the evening with a refreshing iced Vietnamese coffee. So good!

Menu: Grilled Pork Meatballs with Hoisin Dipping Sauce and Carrot-Daikon Pickle Lettuce Wraps; Green Papaya Salad; Lemongrass Chicken; Steamed Jasmine Rice; Iced Vietnamese Coffee.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
