Ah, Paris - city of light, love and some of the finest eats in the world. And you need go no farther than Edina for an unforgettable learning experience of French cuisine. In this hands-on class, you will create fabulous courses where the only thing missing is the Eiffel Tower.

Menu: French Carrot Salad; Salmon en Papillote with White Wine and Seasonal Vegetables; Herby Parisienne Gnocchi. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
