Cajun is a truly unique cuisine derived from a combination of West Africa and France to form flavors all its own. Follow along with Chef Tammy as she creates a delicious menu inspired by the Big Easy, with jambalaya and what to do with those shrimp shells. Chef's got the answer to that! You'll be busy spicing, flambeing and stewing up classic flavors of the South with this challenging menu.

Menu: Andouille, Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya; Simple Salad with Calamansi Vinaigrette; Commander's Palace Retro Garlic Bread; Bananas Foster.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
