Join us to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day while learning to craft hearty Irish fare and take on sauce-making techniques. Create a luscious Irish dessert — complete with crème pâtissière and sponge—before toasting with a classic cocktail of the Emerald Isle. Sláinte!

Menu: Pork, Cabbage and Tatties with Onion Sauce; Irish Brown Bread with Herbed Butter; Irish Pride Trifle; Jameson-Ginger Tipple.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
