Everyone loves a good flatbread. Swiping through dips, scooping up stews or tiny, wrapped pockets of goodness, there is nothing better. This class is an essential for bread bakers looking to move beyond basic yeast bread and explore the flats.

Menu: Whole-Wheat Pita with Lentil and Eggplant Stew; Socca with Tomato Confit; Sohla El-Waylly's Paratha with Butter Dal.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
