Sweater weather and the cool weather cooking is slowly on it's way out. It's that crazy time of year when our cravings are calling to create a meal around both roasting and grilling. Join us for a culinary flavor tour and explore why these eternal favorites are so wonderful, anytime of year.

Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Baked Salmon with Miso Tahini Sauce; Roasted Spiced Carrots with Feta; Sesame and Vegetable soup.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
