A follow-up to our original 1.0 course, this is the perfect class for building on foundational skills. This five-class series will have you refining techniques and diving into new ones, from wok cooking to filled pastas and baking. You will even explore tasting fundamentals to keep you curious and cooking at home.

The series of five classes occurs Tuesday evenings on February 25 and March 4, 11, 18 and 25.

Menu: Wok Cooking: Lo Mein with Shitake Mushrooms and Napa Cabbage; Stir Fried Green Beans with Pork; Scallion Pancakes. Taste Testing: Chicken Curry Over Rice Two Ways; Filled Pastos; Pappardelle Ravioli; Sorpresine with Vodka Sauce. Baking: Pretzel Sticks; Gougeres with Caramelized Onion Dipping Sauce; Caramel Brownies. Taco Party: Chicken Tinga and Corn Tortillas; Tangy Coleslaw; Lime Pudding Cakes.
