Join us for a vegetarian cooking class, where vibrant flavors and hands-on learning take center stage. Chef Nomi will guide you through essential knife skills, chip making, roasting, and dessert techniques. You'll create “ceviche” with homemade tortilla chips, comforting tortilla soup, and end on a sweet note with rich mexican hot chocolate soufflés.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
