Morocco is regarded by some as the bohemian capital of North Africa. In this participation class, Chef Lorelei will be your guide as you bring this unforgettable menu to life, making a zesty feast that'd make Hemingway jealous.

Menu: Couscous Salad with Dates and Almonds; Chicken Tagine with Preserved Lemons and Olives; Galette des Rois.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
