Pâte à choux is a delicate pastry dough used to create a variety of delicious pastries. In this hands-on class, Chef Betsy will help you master the art of creating pâte à choux dough, shape it, fill it and pair it with other ingredients and sauces for an elevated baking experience. Um, yum.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
