Jump into this hands-on class and tackle the art of homemade English muffins, dig into shortcrust pastry, make custards and a classic hollandaise. Whew! All sweet and savory doughs will be made into delicious entre centerpieces perfect for springtime fare.

Menu: Caramelized Leek Tart; Green Goddess Eggs Benedict (with homemade English muffins); Light and Lemony Basque Cheesecake.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
