In this sweet lunch, you'll learn a bunch while making lunch. Heart shaped crab cakes are just the start, where you'll sharpen all-around kitchen skills to take with you. Pan frying, cookie baking and making flawless whipped cream — all to create a delicious sweet lunch.

Menu: Crisp Green Salad with Radishes and Pistachios; Heart-Shaped Crab Cakes and Remoulade Sauce; Strawberry-Rose Fool with Citrus Shortbread.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
