For young chefs curious about, well, all things baking, this is a great camp to explore. We'll bake our way through a day's worth of baked goodness by starting with dough sweet and savory and work our way to decorating big and small treats all while focusing on classic kitchen skills. Whip it good!

This class is a four-day series on July 15,16 ,17 and 18. Seats are for teens only — ages 13 to 16.

Menu: Day 1: Muffins; Coffee Cake; Cinnamon Buns. Day 2: Grilled Cheese on Homemade Bread; Chocolate Chip Cookies dipped in Crème Anglaise. Day 3: Pizza; Chocolate Cupcakes; Buttercream; Caramel Sauce. Day 4: Savory and Sweet Crêpes; Brownies vs. Blondies, who wins?
