Join us for a hands-on cooking class where Chef Phill tackles the nonstick conundrum head-on! We’ll explore stainless steel, ceramic, and cast iron options, discussing their nuances and best uses. Then, we’ll put them to the test by whipping up a Bacon-Egg Breakfast Sandwich, a Savory Dutch Baby, and more in each type of cookware surface. Let’s take the guesswork out of your cookware choices—learn to cook confidently and sustainably!

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
