COCH20250205EDN18Have you always wanted to make jollof rice?! Well, Chef Azeria is inviting you into the kitchen to share some amazing flavors and recipes. Shake off the winter's chill with foods from a warm climate. Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free, but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.
Menu: Jollof Rice; Berbere-Spiced Chicken with Coleslaw; Caramelized Plantains with Ice Cream.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
