Join Chef Zoë as she takes you and your taste buds on a trip to Baja along a flavor path filled with classic cuisines of the region. Join her in the kitchen for a fun hands-on experience where you'll learn the secrets to grilling shrimp to perfection, tortilla making and more.
Menu: Grilled Corn and Bean Salsa; Shrimp Tacos with Fresh Tortillas and Salsa; Coconut-Lime Cupcakes.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
