Get ready for a week of baking excitement and delicious creations in this hands-on baking and decorating class. Young bakers will master piping and explore various pastry mixing techniques from creaming to reverse creaming, buttercreams and working with phyllo dough. Get your apron on; this is going to be big fun!

This class is a four-day series on July 29, 30, 31 and August 1. Seats are for kids only — ages 10 to 12.

Menu: Day 1: (Chocolate) Homemade Oreos; Swiss Rolls; Chocolate Chip Marshmallows. Day 2: (Fruit) Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcakes; Trail Mix Cookies; Raspberry Lemon Bars. Day 3: (Colors & Sprinkles) Tie-Dye Cookies; Mini Celebration Cakes; Disco Rice Krispies. Day 4: (International) Brigadieros (Brazilian chocolate truffles); Baklava (nutty flaky pastry from Turkey); Japanese Strawberry Cake with Tanghulu (strawberries and cream cake with crunchy candy-dipped strawberries).
