Hey, kids! Sharpen your knife skills and become pasta maestros in this Italian cooking quest. You'll dive into sauce making, homemade pizza, and classic Italian dishes and desserts. And you'll explore dough making with the help of pasta machines, gnocchi rollers, and our fun chefs. Yum!

This class is a four-day series on August 26, 27, 28 and 29. Seats are for kids only — ages 10 to 12.

Menu: Day 1: Pasta (Fettuccine); Red Sauce; Alfredo; Cannoli. Day 2: Pasta (stuffed Agnolotti); Chicken Braciole; Vanilla Panna Cotta. Day 3: Gnocchi; Pomodoro; Pesto; Chocolate Almond Cookies. Day 4: Pizza, Red Pizza Sauce; White Pizza Sauce; Pizza Topping; Chocolate Budino.
