Young chefs will explore the cuisines of China, Japan and Vietnam, while wielding woks, rice rollers and chopsticks. Through this culinary journey, they'll embark on creating classic recipes for spring rolls, sushi, lo mein, steamed buns and more. Takeout will be a thing of the past when chefs return home with loads of new skills and knowledge of tasty Asian cooking.

This class is a four-day series on June 17, 18, 19 and 20. Seats are for kids only — ages 10 to 12.

Menu: Day 1: Spring Rolls; Veggie Sushi. Day 2: General Tsao Veggies; Chicken Lo Mein; Sesame Cookies. Day 3: Fried Rice; Sweet Mango Coconut Rice; Buddha Rice Bowl. Day 4: Pork Báhn Mì; Steamed Buns Sweet and Savory.
