COCH20250419SP18Although paella is a traditional Spanish dish, it's gone global for a reason: it's amazing. In this lively hands-on class, Chef Brian will lead in a discovery of how varying ingredients will lend to variations of this delicious Spanish staple.
Menu: Paella; Frisée Salad with Garlic-Citrus Vinaigrette; Semolina Citrus Cake.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
