Start your day with a protein-packed breakfast class, where you'll learn essential kitchen skills: how to perfectly poach eggs, how to create delicious vibrant vinaigrette and quick-pickled ingredients, plus necessary knife skills.This is a great class for exploring tasty alternatives to protein powder shakes in the morning.

Menu: Nutty Breakfast Cookies with Greek Yogurt and Pickled Blueberries; Spicy Turkey Breakfast Biscuits; Bacon and Egg Breakfast Salad.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
