In this class, sweet meets spicy in bold fusion dishes. You'll take on chicken cookery, proper knife skills, grilling techniques and a bit of baking. All good flavors to get and keep you going from apps to dessert. Get ready to revolutionize your palate.

Menu: Masala French Fries; Tandoori-Inspired Chicken Salad with Spicy Mango Chutney; Mango-Vanilla Ice Cream and Curry-Scented Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
