Tired of heavy winter meals? Why not spice things up with some fresh Thai fare. Explore the light, bright and refreshing food of Thailand with our breath of fresh air, Chef Brian. Nothing like a little fish sauce to brighten your palate and wake up your taste buds.

Menu: Tom Kha Gai (coconut chicken soup); Pork Larb; Veggie Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
